However, Depay would be more likely to stay at Barcelona, due to financial fair play restrictions
And the newspaper stated that Depay’s departure from Barcelona next January will not give Barca the opportunity to include other players, for fear of violating the laws of fair financial play
Accordingly, Depay is expected to remain within the ranks of Barca, for fear of reducing the team’s list, specifically the offensive line, without compensating the Dutch player
For its part, the Italian network “Calcio Mercato” confirmed that Roma is one of the most interested in including Depay, whose interest in including the player declined due to his huge financial demands
